With the update 10.40 in Fortnite, a few changes were made to the map. Even the rocket has been completed. What’s new?
What’s new after the update? The map has changed after the update 10.40. There is a new location, the rocket has been completed, and a building near Fatal Fields has now been finished. We will show you the changes.
New Location Starry Suburbs
What kind of place is this? Starry Suburbs is a rift zone brought into the game by the rift beacon, which was set up north of Pleasant Park. It is a small town with such a nice neighborhood that even shooting stars come by. These shooting stars land in the town and can be collected. When you collect these stars, they provide good loot.
You can also find the new legendary tactical submachine gun here. It deals 21 damage per hit and has a magazine size of 35 shots.

The Rocket at Dusty Depot
What kind of rocket is this? The rocket is supposed to launch for the end live event of Season 10. The scientist has been building this rocket for several weeks. Now it seems to be finally completed.
It won’t be long until the live event starts in the game. The rocket launch could ultimately destroy the map and bring a new map for Season 11.
Watchtower near Fatal Fields
What kind of building is this? The construction of the watchtower near Fatal Fields has now been completed. For a while, it was an open building with many wooden pallets that could be farmed. Now it has become a watchtower.
This building has existed since the beginning of Fortnite Battle Royale. It has changed several times over the course of the seasons. At first, it was a small hut, then it was cleared, later the construction site began, and ultimately it became the watchtower.
