In Fortnite: Battle Royale week 2 of the challenges for Season 9 is here. In it, you are tasked with finding a dancing fish.
After the week 2 challenges of Season 9 were leaked, here are the specific tasks from the game.
Free and paid: For all 7 challenges, you still need the Season 9 Battle Pass for 950 V-Bucks (€9.50). If you don’t have a pass, only the three free tasks in week 2 are available to you.

How to complete the task: The new fans can primarily be found at the new locations on the Season 9 map. Especially in Neo Tilted, the roofs are full of them. Just make sure to use one each round, and you will complete the task after 5 attempts.
Pro Tip: If you haven’t completed the task with the sky platforms from week 1 yet, you can now finish both tasks at once.
Just go to a platform and use the fans available there. Otherwise, you can find a detailed guide to the fans on the map.
Land at different locations
How to complete the task: In this task, you need to use various places as landing zones. You must land at the following locations in the specified order:
- Snobby Shores
- Fatal Fields
- Sunny Steps
- Dusty Divot
- Happy Hamlet
Eliminate 3 opponents at Sunny Steps or Shifty Shafts
How to complete the task: This task is not a problem at all. Simply kill opponents at the mentioned locations. Ideally with pistols and from various distances, then you will have completed the other two tasks here.
Deal 500 damage to opponents with pistols (Battle Pass only)
How to complete the task: Pistols are not the best weapons in the game, so it’s best to use a mode with respawn, where you can die a few times and ramp up your damage.
Visit an oversized phone, a big piano, and a trophy of a dancing fish (Battle Pass only)

Search 3 chests at different named locations in a match (Battle Pass only)
How to complete the task: This task is so easy that everyone will eventually complete it. Just make sure you visit three different locations and open chests there.
Eliminate opponents from various distances (Battle Pass only)
How to complete the task: Here you must eliminate opponents from various distances:
- For the first kill, you must be at least 50 meters away
- Kill number 2 expects you to be at least 75 meters away
- For the final kill, you need to get a kill from 100 meters distance.
Ideally, you crouch as a sniper, lying in wait, and kill three opponents from maximum distance.
