What happened? Player JakeMCFC showcased his best kill this season, which can be compared to catching the mythical Goldfish and posted the video on reddit:
In the video, you see JakeMCFC hiding in a house from his opponent. Since he has very little health left, a direct confrontation would not be advisable. He hides in the bathroom and sets a trap on the wall in the front room.
The opponent enters the room and sees the trap. Confident of victory, he is already dancing in celebration and begins to destroy the trap. JakeMCFC uses the third-person view to observe his opponent.
He comes out of cover and pulls the opponent into the trap. From the impact with the harpoon, the opponent takes 75 damage, and the trap then finishes him off – it deals 150 damage points.
This also triggers an achievement in Fortnite that recognizes a kill preparation with the harpoon.
