Today, on Tuesday, October 15, the new chapter in Fortnite started. There were some changes and 28 items and weapons were placed in the vault. We will show you what they are.
What happened? After the live event of Season 10, which took place on 13.10, players had to wait for Fortnite to continue.
Today it finally happened and the update 2.10 could be downloaded. However, with the update came some changes that could significantly impact the game.
28 items and weapons are flying out of the game
Which weapons were removed? A total of 12 weapons were placed in the vault after the update. Some of the popular weapons are included. Assault rifles, submachine guns, snipers, and even pistols were removed from the game.
The following weapons were removed from the game:
- Heavy Assault Rifle (AK)
- Suppressed Scar
- Tactical Submachine Gun
- Suppressed Submachine Gun
- Infantry Rifle
- Minigun
- Heavy Sniper
- Auto-Sniper
- Hand Cannon (Deagle)
- Stone Pistol
- Suppressed Pistol
- Revolver
Which items were removed? After the update, some items were also placed in the vault. A total of 16 items were sorted out. They include throwable items, healing items, shields, and mobility items.
The following items were removed:
- Bouncer
- Shield Bubbles
- Zapper Trap
- Launch Pads
- Slurp Juice
- Boogie Bombs
- Slurp Jug
- Slurp Juice
- Vending Machines
- Campfire (still found in the wild)
- Hoverboards
- Stink Bombs
- Shockwave Grenade
- Junk Rift
- Batman Gear
Which weapons are new in the game?
Which weapons were added? So far, we know of 2 new “weapons” that have been added after the update. Although they fall under the category of weapons, they are more like utility items.
The Bandage Bazooka
It looks like a Minigun, but instead of ammunition, it shoots bandages that can heal your teammates.
The Fishing Rod
As the waters in Fortnite are also a usable area, you can swim or fish in them. To fish, there is a fishing rod.
