GTA V Online was such a huge success for Rockstar Games that they will likely incorporate more online elements into the Western shooter as well.
Whether RDR2 will indeed follow the “Games as a Service” model and how heavily they will emphasize online aspects should be learned at E3.
Red Dead Redemption is announced as an “Open World Western Action-Adventure” – but it has been stated that players should expect an “online multiplayer experience.”
The question is: How will Red Dead Online 2 be?
Rockstar Games also belongs to Take Two Interactive. There could be competition if Borderlands 3 is indeed intended as a competitor to Destiny.
