There are many rare achievements in Lost Ark, but rare does not automatically mean they are hard to obtain. You can achieve two of the rarest in less than 10 minutes, as long as you are two players. We will show you how it works.
Which achievements are we talking about? Specifically, we are talking about the two Steam achievements “Perfect Victory” and “Throwing in the Towel.” One of them even has an achievement that exists in the game itself. Both achievements are equally rare. Only 0.01% of players in Lost Ark have unlocked them, even though they are actually very easy.
For the perfect victory, you need to win 10 player duels without taking any damage at all. That sounds quite difficult at first, but the second achievement reveals half of the trick. For “Throwing in the Towel,” you need to win 10 duels by having your opponent surrender.
Grab a partner and 10 minutes of time: All you need to do for both achievements is find an accomplice who wants to achieve the same thing. Open the character menu by right-clicking on the opponent and ask for a duel.
Then the other accepts, and the duel begins. Now only one of you needs to open the chat and use the command /gg to forfeit the duel. If you both do this 10 times each, you will receive two of the rarest achievements in Lost Ark.

Why are the achievements so rare? The duel feature is simply very unknown in Lost Ark and is hardly used. The reason for this is that duels take place in the open world and at specific locations. They are also only limited by an outer ring and are not normalized.
There are several reasons why it is not a meaningful measure of strength when inviting someone to a duel. As an alternative, Lost Ark also offers the arena. There, you can create personal matches, fight without interruptions, and with normalized values against each other.
Thus, the achievements are not so rare because they are difficult, but rather because the feature is hardly used by players.
How long will this last? Even if it doesn’t have much sportsmanship to cheat the “perfect victory” this way, it is unlikely that this achievement will be adjusted. In our estimation, you don’t need to rush to pick up the achievements.
Is it worth it? The achievement you gain by having your enemy surrender also has an in-game achievement. This gives you nothing, except for some experience points for your squad. Nevertheless, it is again something you can cross off your long list of tasks.
