A leak on Reddit regarding For Honor suggests the first new heroes: A Ninja and a Centurion.
In February, we reported about two potential new characters that could soon make their way into the game. An image for the Season Pass showed a Ninja and a Centurion alongside known heroes – both classes currently in vain searched for in For Honor:

Now a leak appeared in the Reddit subforum for For Honor: The user Bones404 titled their post “The new DLC heroes” and posted two screenshots showing the Ninja and the Centurion, which could already be hinted at in the “Season Pass” image:
The Centurion wears heavy armor, his weapon is not visible in the screenshot. The Ninja, on the other hand, has two Kamas in his hands – sickle weapons often seen in films or games with ninjas.
Additionally, four things stand out:
- The two heroes create a new line for character selection, therefore they cannot be clearly attributed to any faction. However, it is suspected that the Ninja will be assigned to the Samurai and the Centurion to the Knights.
- Instead of the hero classes Assault, Heavy, Assassin or Hybrid, the new heroes are labeled Ninja and Centurion.
- Furthermore, the difficulty label – where it normally states Easy, Medium or Hard – is “Scrubmode”. This indicates that these heroes are not fully designed yet, and “Scrubmode” is marked as a placeholder.
- It is also interesting that the menu is in German. However, the description for the Ninja, “Silent but deadly,” is in English.
On Reddit, people are now discussing whether this is a fake or not. No source is provided, but the screenshots themselves look “real.” Some users speculate whether these two heroes could introduce a new faction. However, this does not fit into the current faction war model.
From Ubisoft, we know that a total of six new heroes will be coming in Year 1. The seasons of the faction war serve as a guideline for hero release. After each season, two heroes, two maps, and additional content will be released.
Presumably, the first two heroes will be the Ninja and the Centurion. However, this is not officially confirmed.
