This visually stunning cinematic trailer introduces you to the chaos of the raging war in For Honor:
You take on the role of a knight, Viking, or samurai and engage in “never-before-seen” melee battles. In the campaign, you dive into a brutal war and ensure the survival of your people. Additionally, you must thwart the plans of the relentless and bloodthirsty warlord Apollyon.
The entire single-player story can also be played in co-op. Coordination and communication with your comrades are essential if you want to leave the battlefield victorious.

Based solely on a cinematic video, one cannot judge a game. Therefore, Ubisoft showcased an additional 10 minutes of fresh gameplay footage for the For Honor campaign at E3 2016:
The focus is on the Viking campaign: The video first shows the arrival of these warriors. Then we experience the battle from the third-person perspective of a Viking: He carves a path through the enemy hordes with his weapon. Occasionally, he must prove himself in duels against stronger foes: Here, one can see “The Art of Battle”: The unique combat system with which Ubisoft advertises this melee game. At the end of the trailer, a big boss awaits the warrior.
For Honor will be released on February 14, 2017, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. By the way, that’s Valentine’s Day.
