This is how to execute the low driven shot in FIFA 21
Button combination in FIFA 21: In the shooting overview, you will find the “low driven shot” under the name “Driven Shot.” The combination for this is very simple:
- On PS4, you perform a low driven shot by pressing L1 + R1 + Circle simultaneously.
- On Xbox One, this corresponds to the combination of LB + RB + B.
If you use this combination during a cross for a header, it will also be a low shot towards your opponent’s goal.
When is the low driven shot worthwhile? The low driven shot is quite versatile, but is especially suitable as a powerful finishing variant from close range. In FIFA 20, it mainly resulted in goals when shot into the near corner past the keeper. In FIFA 21, a low driven shot into the far corner can also be effective.
However, it is not particularly effective as a long shot. If you try to succeed with the driven shot from outside the box, it may end up trickling on its way toward the net and can easily be picked up by the keeper.
