Black Desert Korea receives new PvE content. In underwater dungeons, you can face new enemies and collect exquisite loot. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a bit longer.
Fans of PvE content have a moderate selection in Black Desert. They can venture into “Savage Rifts,” fight against world bosses, and explore open dungeons like Hystria. The majority of the content in Black Desert revolves around PvP.
But now there is something new for PvE fans in Black Desert Korea. You can venture beneath the ocean’s surface and explore three new dungeon zones.
Under the Sea
Cute sea monsters and colorful seaweed. The dungeons lead players below the ocean’s surface into a harsh world full of bizarre sea creatures.
- In the dungeon Potty Cavern, you will fight against blue-skinned, adorable sea monsters.
- The “Sycraia Underwater Ruins” are inhabited by sea monsters.
- And in the “Sycraia Abyssal Ruins,” ancient relics reside that only strong players should face.
The new content does not take place exclusively in oppressive cave passages. In the “Sycraia Underwater Ruins,” you strolled side by side with underwater beings over the ocean floor. A large protective dome spans over the ruins, allowing you to breathe. In this special dungeon, you will also face the new world boss Sycrid.
Brave players can venture deeper into the “Abyssal Ruins.” These caves are populated by strong foes.
The three “underwater caves” cater to players with varying experience levels. They have different AP requirements:
- Protty Cavern: AP of 170
- Sycraia Underwater Ruins: AP 230
- Sycraia Abyssal Ruins: AP 280
Into the Cold Water
What rewards are there? The three new dungeons and the world boss have one thing in common: rings. In each dungeon, you will find a special ring. The world boss Sycrid even drops two different rings.
When will the dungeons come to us? The new dungeons are part of the summer updates for Black Desert Korea. The bikinis, which were also part of the updates, became available in our version of Black Desert a bit later as well. Kakao Games has not yet announced a date, but perhaps we won’t have to wait too long.
You need a boat. To reach the new dungeons, you must own a ship. So if you do not have one yet and want to start preparing for the new content, you can already start building one now.
