In June, the expansion Stormblood is coming for Final Fantasy XIV. Now there are first videos.
Over Christmas, Square Enix announced the expansion Stormblood in Tokyo. It is set to release on June 20, 2017, for PS4 and PC. The Red Mage was introduced as the first new class. Additionally, players will have the ability to swim and dive when the water is deep enough.
New videos for Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood show Red Mage, diving, and new zones

We have some first videos for both things here. The video about the Red Mage is embedded in the title. The new class will be a hybrid of melee and ranged combat. From a distance, it will chain and build up spells, unleashing a barrage in melee. The Red Mage will not be the only new class coming to Final Fantasy XIV with Stormblood. Others are expected to be introduced in the coming months.
Diving and swimming will play a larger role in FFXIV with Stormblood. The normal movement in water will be breaststroke. When players jump, they will transition to freestyle. Diving will be a third option. Underwater battles are not planned, but players will be able to gather and mine resources.
You can catch a glimpse of new zones here.
