The fantasy MMO Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is receiving a festival of mini-games and rewards on February 24 with patch 2.51. In the screenshot gallery, you can get an impression.
2.51 is one of those intermediate patches that many MMO communities eagerly await. No major new dungeon is coming or the quest line continues, but instead, they take a break and bring a lot of flavor and minor stuff into the MMO.
With the Manderville Golden Saucer, a kind of party island is coming to Final Fantasy XIV, full of mini-games like “Hit the Frog” or a type of basketball, there will be developed Chocobo races and a sophisticated card game with Triple Triad. It is set to launch on February 24, and with our gallery of screenshots, you can already take a look at patch 2.51.
Here you can find some screenshots from the Chocobo race; players can breed their own racing Chocobos.
