In the fantasy MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, the new expansion Stormblood is coming. What are the system requirements on PC? A benchmark trailer shows you how Stormblood will run on your computer: Can your PC still handle the new FF14 Stormblood?
On June 20, “Stormblood”, the second expansion for the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, is set to be released. Now, two months before the release, there was another “info push” during a Producer Live Letter.
With Stormblood, Final Fantasy XIV will receive a number of graphical updates. This is partly due to the fact that the PlayStation 3 is no longer supported. This will lead to some updates in the graphics – thus increasing the requirements for PC.
Benchmark Tool – Download – Character Creation Also Possible
Here, we want to address one of the most important questions for PC gamers: Can my machine even run the game, and what does it look like?
To answer this question, Square Enix has released a benchmark tool. The thing is 1.9 gigabytes. To run it, your graphics card and drivers must be compatible with DirectX 11. The benchmark tool works in such a way that you install a program that plays the trailer we embedded above and checks how your computer handles it, then gives you an analysis at the end.
You can also create a character for Stormblood with the tool and then actually play it in Stormblood.
Here is the benchmark tool for Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood in English.
