In the fantasy MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV the raid season really kicks off on Tuesday, July 21, with a new patch. Players will face the epic version of the Machina Primae, Alexander. A new PvP front comes with Seal Rock.
On Tuesday, the servers for Final Fantasy XIV will be unavailable throughout the morning: Patch 3.05 will be applied. Two days later, on May 23, maintenance will be carried out again to make changes to crafting and gathering professions.

The most important aspect of the new patch for most Final Fantasy fans is the “epic version” of Alexander, the raid, which just opened last week. There is no minimum item level required for the new raid (although it is highly recommended), players cannot enter via the Duty Finder but must speak to the NPC Rotflox in the Dravanian Hinterlands, but this can only be done with a full party. The prerequisites are that players have defeated the normal version of Alexander and the extreme version of the Ultima Weapon.
In the raid, there will be four levels where progress is saved separately. A group that has already defeated a section cannot re-enter it within a week. However, if they take a substitute in, they must or may replay the level – but only reduced loot is available then. They would need to bring in four new players to earn another treasure chest.
In the treasure chests, players will find gear fragments and Gordian Codex fragments. These fragments can be exchanged for gear of any role.
