Final Fantasy XIV is bringing a new dungeon instance called “Channels of Uznair” with the upcoming update 4.05. This new dungeon is very similar to the already known instance “Aquapolis,” but contains new enemies and will receive additional content in update 4.1.
In 2016, the dungeon Aquapolis was released for Final Fantasy XIV Heavensward, which was well received by many players. They now want to replicate that success in Stormblood and are bringing a new dungeon called Channels of Uznair with update 4.05.

The Channels of Uznair will arrive with update 4.05 for Final Fantasy XIV. According to the developers, the new dungeon is very similar to the instance Aquapolis: “The content is very similar to Aquapolis, but the background and the monsters in this dungeon are all new, so you get something completely fresh!”
On the website of Final Fantasy Online, there are already a few images of the Channels of Uznair. The developers themselves attempt to bash their way through the dungeon. They encounter elephant statues, ugly giant monsters, a kind of water slide, and at the end, a completely golden room.
After the release in update 4.05, the Channels of Uznair will later receive another update with Patch 4.1 and will be expanded. Additionally, with 4.05, the epic version of Deltametrie will also be introduced.
