The FIFA 23 year is coming to an end and EA is throwing out top cards. Especially a SBC is worth it to finally get absolutely crazy cards into your own team.
Have you already put FIFA 23 aside and are waiting for the FIFA successor EA Sports FC 24? Then now might be the right time to fire up FUT 23 again. Because if you have always wanted to play with an absolute top team, now is the perfect time.
A SBC (Squad Building Challenge) currently brings you a plethora of top cards.
This is the SBC: The 84+-10x-upgrade SBC is a task in Ultimate Team where you must submit a team consisting of 11 cards with an overall rating of 87. Afterwards, you will receive a pack with 10 cards, each having a rating of at least 85. And since currently, due to the FUTTIES event, there are more top cards in packs than ever, it’s really worth it.
When you open such a pack, it often looks like this:
You often receive a mix of really strong special cards, under which even real hits can be hiding. On average, you will receive a better team back than what you submitted.
Moreover, it’s fantastic that the SBC is infinitely repeatable and is almost self-financing. You complete it and use the players you don’t need for another round. While you can’t do this indefinitely, as 11 players are needed for the SBC, if you still have some gold cards in your club, it can go on for a long time.
At least until Monday, August 28 at 7:00 PM, when the SBC ends.
Community opens thousands of packs and is excited
On Reddit, posts are accumulating where players list the top cards they have drawn and which are still missing from their collections. Overall, the enthusiasm for the SBC is great, and the community is feeling positive, which is also reflected in the comments.
