In the course of this leak, some players entered the Ultimate Team mode of FIFA 23 and began to search for new player ratings.
Thus, several ratings for FIFA 23 are already known. And there are apparently a few interesting developments.
Who will reportedly be the best player in FIFA 23 according to the leak?
How accurate are the values? What is certain is that these values are not from FIFA 22 anymore, but already new ratings. It is quite possible that they will also make it into the final game. However, whether any changes will be made to the numbers before the official release remains open.
These are the ratings: A lot of ratings can already be found online. Among them are also the values of the presumably best players in FIFA 23.
As of now, 5 players will likely share the top spot with a rating of 91 if you look at the gold cards. The best card is reportedly cover star Kylian Mbappé – his mix of speed, dribbling, and finishing was already deadly last time and will likely be so in FIFA 23.
Following him are three forwards: Benzema, Messi, and Lewandowski, as well as De Bruyne in midfield. Notably: Cristiano Ronaldo apparently only gets a 90-rated card and this would be his weakest card in years. In addition, Ronaldo and Messi lost quite a few points in speed. Neymar, meanwhile, seems to have lost his 91 and is said to drop to 89.
Behind them are Salah and van Dijk from Liverpool with 90-rated cards, as well as goalkeepers Courtois and Neuer. Manuel Neuer will likely also become the best Bayern player with his 90-rated card, as further leaks show.
What’s the situation in the Bundesliga? FC Bayern is likely to be the undisputed strongest Bundesliga club when looking only at the values. Kimmich has once again received a rating of 89, and new signing Mané comes in with a strong 89, who also shows very good values otherwise.
Alphonso Davies is likely to become one of the absolute favorites in the game with his 84-rated card and 94 pace. A little weaker is the speed of Sané and Gnabry, who fall below 90. And Leon Goretzka, who last year was directly part of the Gullit Gang, no longer has consistent over-80 ratings.
Nevertheless: No one will get past Bayern in the Bundesliga when it comes to FIFA ratings.
Here are the leaked BVB ratings for comparison. The top positions here are held by Marco Reus and defender Niklas Süle. Both are likely to be interesting in FIFA 23, but possibly even more exciting will be Jude Bellingham: His gold card jumps from 79 to a full 84.
