What are talents in FIFA 23? “Talents” are described as young players who have the potential to achieve really good stats in the career mode of FIFA 23.
In the career mode, all players have the opportunity to improve their ratings over several years through training and strong performances. Important stats like speed can also be specifically improved.
The potential varies from player to player – the most exciting talents usually have really high potential. They can start with a low rating of 75 or lower but can rise to the high 90s. The advantage: initially weak talents can be acquired cheaply, only to develop into world stars.
Now EA Sports has already given a glimpse of talents that have the highest potential (via EA).

How much do the players cost in career mode? The costs of the players in career mode are not officially known yet. We will probably only find out after the FIFA 23 release.
However, since some of them are already established stars, they will be quite expensive. This is not a problem if you play with rich clubs like Manchester City or PSG – but if you play with “smaller” clubs, you will have to wait for other players.
