Update, 7:00 PM: The second Rulebreakers Team is now available in FIFA 23. You can see the complete team in the graphic. Especially the cards for Ribery, Ramos, and Thiago are impressive, but Havertz and Lacroix also look really good.

When does Rulebreakers Team 2 come to FIFA 23? The second Rulebreakers Team will be released on Friday, October 21, 2022, at 7:00 PM. This is confirmed by a new loading screen in FIFA 23.
What is Rulebreakers? The Rulebreakers event started last week with Rulebreakers Team 1. New player cards with improved stats came to Ultimate Team, allowing a different playstyle than the regular gold cards.
In addition, new weekly tasks and Squad Building Challenges are expected for the Rulebreakers Team 2.
But who could be in the new team?
Which cards will appear for Rulebreakers Team 2 in FIFA 23?
What is already known about Rulebreakers Team 2? There is no official information yet about which cards will appear in the event. However, the loading screen already gives some initial hints:
It is therefore certain that there will be a French player with 90 pace as well as a Liverpool midfielder. Additionally, there will be an 89 rated player with 89 defense, but no further hints.
Leaks about Rulebreakers Team 2
Some information from the leaker “Fut Sheriff” on Twitter also fits the hints. Fut Sheriff is known for his often accurate leaks – and some names have already been published on the Twitter account that could be included in the Rulebreakers Team 2 event.
According to Fut Sheriff, the following names are in the event (via Twitter):
- Payet (CAM from France, could be the French card)
- Sergio Ramos (Spanish CB, could be the 89 rated card)
- Thiago (CM, could be the Liverpool player)
- Avila (Striker from CA Osasuna)
- Davinson Sanchez (CB, Tottenham)
- Lacroix (CB from Wolfsburg)
- Kai Havertz (CAM from Chelsea)
- Luuk de Jong (Striker from Eindhoven, could be a task)
- Sheraldo Becker (From Union Berlin, possibly as SBC)
Whether these players actually appear in the event remains to be seen – after all, they are leaks, not official information. Who is included will likely be revealed at the event start at 7:00 PM.
