In FIFA 23 players can grab a small pack for 10 coins right now. However, it is only available for a few hours.
Update, November 25, 2022, 3:00 PM: The first Black Friday 10-coins pack has expired, but another one was added at 3:00 PM, which will only be available for a few hours. It is possible that more of these packs will come during the event.
What kind of pack is this? The pack is called “Black-Friday-10-Coins-Pack” and costs, logically, only 10 coins – making it almost a giveaway. You can currently find it in the Ultimate Team shop.
What’s inside the pack? It is a small pack that contains 3 rare gold players and also includes a player pick from 2 World Cup players. The World Cup players are only available for a limited time, but it will count how many you have in your club overall. Rewards are expected in January – the more World Cup players you have, the better they should be.
The contents are also untradeable. Overall, it’s not a pack where you should expect outstanding rewards. But at least there is a bit more fodder for the FUT club for just 10 coins.
Black Friday also starts in FIFA 23
In FIFA 23, a Black Friday event will also start today, November 25. This brings, among other things, new World Cup icons, additional special cards, and the “Best of TOTW” is already available. You can find out more in our overview of Black Friday in FIFA 23.
In the FUT shop, the event is also expected to be noticeable, as the 10-coin pack already shows. Leakers have already mentioned new packs (via Twitter), including one that is supposed to bring a 100-player pack. Whether this actually happens is still to be awaited.
However, one should be cautious. The 10-coin pack is extremely cheap and comes with almost no risk. But most packs in FIFA 23 offer poor chances of good cards. In many cases, one does not get back the value invested.
