In FIFA 23, the Future Stars event is approaching. To get you in the mood for the new promo, EA Sports has already introduced tokens that can bring you rewards. Here, you will learn about the tokens that exist and how to obtain them.
What is Future Stars in FIFA 23? Future Stars has become a staple of the FUT season in recent years. The event revolves around young, talented players who receive extremely strong cards that are meant to represent their potential.
In recent years, for example, strong cards were available for players like Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Jr., Florian Wirtz, or Erling Haaland. Often, the Future Stars align with the top talents of FIFA 23’s career mode.
Now, even before the start of Future Stars, EA has already introduced new tokens that can be exchanged for strong rewards.
Where can I find the tokens? You can find the tokens in various locations in FUT. Among others, they can be found in:
- Special SBCs
- Tasks
- Weekly Goals
- Or in the FUT Shop
What do the tokens bring? Gathered tokens are meant to be exchanged in special SBCs (Squad Building Challenges) for rewards. We will show you the complete reward overview further down.

How many tokens will there be? According to EA, there will be a total of 30 tokens available for you to collect. The tokens have been in the game since January 30 and will appear spread out over the next few weeks.
What prizes are there? The rewards for the event are as follows. However, note that you will not be able to use the tokens for all rewards. So you need to pay close attention to which rewards you are claiming.
- For 27 tokens: Prime Icon Player Choice (3 options)
- For 25 tokens: 2x x10-Pack (85+)
- For 20 tokens: Mid Icon George Best
- For 15 tokens: x10-Pack (85+)
- For 15 tokens: 87+ Winter Wildcard, Centurions or Future Stars Player Choice (3 options)
- For 10 tokens: Player Moments Coutinho (88)
- For 5 tokens: Base Icon Zola (85)
- For 3 tokens: Future Stars Team 1 Set
- For 2 tokens: x11-Pack (81+)
