FIFA 23 accidentally distributed a Future Stars card when you have the “normal” version of the player in Ultimate Team.
This is the player: In the FIFA subreddit, players share that they suddenly find a Future Stars variant of Real Madrid forward Iker Bravo in their Club in Ultimate Team.
Bravo actually has a 64 bronze card in FIFA 23 with rather weak stats. However, the new card, which was presumably supposed to come in Future Stars Team 2, has a rating of 86. It includes a decent pace rating, good shooting, and dribbling stats.
Who gets the player? Some players initially believed everyone received this card – but that is not the case. In fact, the bronze card of Iker Bravo was simply transformed into the Future Stars variant. Even if you already have it in your Club.
A similar case occurred in FIFA 22 before – with a very strong card of Christian Eriksen. So check your Club! If you happen to have saved the bronze version of Iker Bravo in Ultimate Team, you might now have a Future Stars version.

EA comments on Future Stars Iker Bravo in FIFA 23
This is what EA says: Via Twitter, EA already commented on the “FIFA Direct Communication” channel.
There it confirmed the error: “The base 64 OVR version of Iker Bravo was mistakenly updated to the Future Stars version,” the statement says: “The affected version remains unchanged” (via Twitter).
The switch is unlikely to be reversed.
Furthermore, EA adds that there may have been an error if you had Iker Bravo on your team, on the bench, or in reserve. Then you could not start a match in FUT – but that seems to have been resolved now.
Accordingly, the player’s version should now also be able to be used in matches again. This should make some players happy about an unexpected new addition to their club.
Meanwhile, for some players, the friendly match mode in Ultimate Team is causing frustration. Because there, once relaxed matches have turned into tough duels due to a challenge.
