When does the FIFA 22 Web App come out? The FIFA 22 Web App is set to launch on September 22, 2021, according to official information from EA Sports. Thus, it launches on the same date as the Early Access to FIFA 22.
When does the FIFA 22 Companion App launch? The Companion App is the mobile version of the Web App that you can download to your smartphone. The FUT 22 version launches one day after the Web App, on September 23, 2021.
Important: You can use the Web App through your mobile browser – even if the Companion App has not launched yet. This way you can bridge the time until the Companion release.

Update, 23.09., 19:10: The Companion App can now also be downloaded in the respective stores for iOS and Android. There may be a security code requested – you should generally receive this via email, which can sometimes be slightly delayed.
Initially, the old Companion App was supposed to be updated when you already have it on your smartphone. However, there are cases on iOS where FUT 21 is still being opened. In that case, you can try deleting the app and downloading it anew from the store. The new version is available there. You will recognize it by the “FUT 22” logo.
For some Android users, however, the app does not seem to appear in the store or is still showing the old version. In this case, you can try to update the old version once it is installed.
Start Time of the FIFA 22 Web App – When does it start?
Update, 20:05: It has finally happened, the Web App is here. You can now log in via this link (via EA Sports).
However, it is still possible that there will be difficulties logging in if the servers get overloaded. As of now, however, access is available.
Update, 20:00: The next full hour has passed, and the familiar screen is still there. No Web App yet. We will keep you updated and provide an update in an hour should the app not go online before.
Update, 19:00 Uhr: 19:00 has come, but the Web App has not. As of now, the website is still displaying the message that the Web App is in preparation. There is no further information at this time.
Update, 18:00 Uhr: The Web App is still not available, a release at 19:00 is becoming more likely. In the meantime, the first Team of the Week in FIFA 22 is already known.
Update, 17:00 Uhr: Some players seem to have already started the trial version of FIFA 22. Meanwhile, the Web App is still awaited and is still not available. You can find out more about the 10-hour trial in FIFA 22 with EA Play here.
Update, 12:40 Uhr: The Web App is still not accessible. If you want to dive directly into the app at release, you can make a small preparation: You can generate codes in the security settings of your EA account, which you can use as verification for the login.
If there is a large influx at the launch of the Web App, many emails with verification codes will be sent – which can take quite a long time. Update, 08:20 Uhr: As of now, the Web App is still not available. When you check the corresponding page, you only receive the message that the app is currently disabled and “in preparation.”

Download and Login of the FIFA 22 Web App
Do I need to download the Web App? No, the FIFA 22 Web App runs through the browser. Therefore, you do not need to download anything. Instead, you simply access the app through your respective browser on your PC or mobile device.
What do I need for the login? To log in, you need an EA account. If you already had the FIFA 21 version of the app, your login credentials are the same as last year’s.
What about the Companion App? The Companion App for iOS and Android, unlike the Web App, requires a download. You will find it in the respective app store starting from September 23. The app is free.
