Candidates from the Bundesliga for TOTW 18
These Bundesliga players could be in:
- Robert Lewandowski did once again what he does best: scoring goals. In the match against 1. FC Köln, the Bayern striker even scored 3 goals, which seems to secure him a place in the new TOTW.
- Thomas Meunier, the right-back from Borussia Dortmund, opened the game against SC Freiburg with 2 goals.
- Peter Gulacsi from RB Leipzig saved everything that came at his goal and finished the game with a clean sheet. Leipzig won 2:0 against Stuttgart and Gulacsi might deserve an Inform card in the new Team of the Week.
- In the 1:0 victory of Mainz against Bochum, Jeremiah St. Juste delivered a strong performance and even capped it with the winning goal. Whether he makes it into the TOTW, we will find out on Wednesday.
- Mahmoud Dahoud from BVB had an outstanding game in the 5:1 win against Freiburg, with numerous successful passes, a goal, and an assist. This could very well earn him a spot in the new TOTW.
