What is the Summer Swap in FIFA 22? On June 24, 2022, the Summer Swap in FIFA 22 started together with the new Shapeshifter Team.
The Summer Swap brings a total of 50 tokens over the coming weeks that you must earn. They will gradually appear until July 25. However, the tokens do not come in one single way, but appear at all possible points in Ultimate Team.
They are found in:
- Squad Building Challenges
- Weekly Objectives
- Event Tasks
- Or in the Shop
What do I do with the Summer Swap Tokens? You can exchange your collected tokens for strong rewards using special SBCs. We will show you the complete rewards overview below.

When can I redeem the Summer Swap Tokens? You can redeem the tokens starting Friday, July 8, 2022, at 7:00 PM. Until then, you can already collect tokens diligently.
What rewards are there? We summarize all rewards in a list here for you. There are strong icons, among other things, but also useful packs for Ultimate Team.
Keep in mind: You cannot obtain all rewards, as the total number of tokens is not sufficient for that. So you have to consider carefully what you want and what you are collecting for.
