FIFA 22 brings today, on October 22, the second team in the “Road to the Knockouts” event. We summarize all the information about the RTTK cards.
When does the event start? As usual, the second part of the RTTK event started on Friday evening at 7:00 PM. At this time, the Road-to-the-Knockouts-Team 1 was swapped out in packs for Team 2.
The current RTTK weekly objectives featuring midfielder André are not being replaced yet, and are still available for a few days after the start of the second part. So you still have time to complete the tasks if you want to secure the card.

What the cards bring: The special thing about the RTTK cards is that they are dynamic player items. This means: Depending on events in real football, the cards can receive an upgrade. This has already been seen with the “Road to the Finals” cards from previous years concerning the Champions League and Europa League.
That just caused a peculiar case: Bayer Leverkusen even apologized for preventing an RTTK upgrade.
The “Road to the Knockouts” has its own upgrade path. In total, 2 upgrades for the cards are possible.
- The first upgrade is available for 3 victories in the next 4 group matches of the player’s team in their respective competition.
- The second upgrade is available for advancing to the knockout stage.
Important: The player does not even need to be on the pitch. The result of the team is decisive.
Also starting on Friday is the next Weekend League in FIFA 22. But apparently some players want to skip this weekend.
