In FIFA 22, players are currently missing their Division Rivals rewards. These have been disabled due to what appears to be a major bug.
Update, February 11, 2022: EA has since responded via Twitter. According to a new tweet, the issue has now been resolved and rewards can be claimed. If you haven’t claimed your rewards yet but played Rivals yesterday, that progress will still count towards the “old” rewards that you can now retrieve (via Twitter).
However, there is currently no update on possible consequences for those who exploited the bug.

Where are the Rivals rewards? Normally, Thursday is reward day in Ultimate Team. From the morning, you can claim your Division Rivals rewards. But those who are checking in now will find no rewards available.
As the developers announced via the Direct Communication channel on Twitter, the Division Rivals rewards have been temporarily disabled for everyone and cannot currently be claimed.
The tweet states: “We are currently investigating a problem related to Division Rivals rewards and have temporarily disabled the claiming of rewards by players while the team investigates the issue” (via Twitter).
So far, there has been no change in the situation. So, don’t be surprised if you currently find no packs in the FUT Rivals section.
However, some players were still able to claim their rewards in the morning. This is where the bug lies.
Some players are apparently receiving too many Division Rivals rewards
This is the bug: As several players have reported on Twitter and in the FIFA subreddit, some players were able to access the rewards normally through the Web App, as usual.
The special thing is: When they restarted the application, they apparently had the opportunity to claim Rivals rewards again – and thus collect packs multiple times (via reddit).
In the respective reddit thread, players are currently discussing the issue. Receiving multiple packs at once would be a massive advantage, leading some to be frustrated that they missed out and didn’t exploit it. They wish for compensation or a reset of the distributed rewards.
At the same time, some are also pointing out that exploiting this bug could be considered cheating, which may lead to bans. The FIFA rules at EA Help state:
Do not cheat in the game. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, the use of external tools, exploiting glitches in the game, abusing glitches or bugs, engaging in, using, buying, or selling match-fixing, manipulating matchmaking, or manipulating wins. Cheating in the game is not fair play and harms the gaming experience of the players against whom you are playing.
