A leak about FIFA 22 supposedly shows the ratings of the top players. But what is it really about? We show you the values and clarify whether they could be real.
The release of FIFA 22 is getting closer, but there is still no official information about the new ratings. However, a leaker claims to have obtained the values of the top stars of FIFA 22 and is publishing them on the internet.
What kind of leak is it? The TikToker MavzFUT (via TikTok) has published numerous videos on his channel, in which he presents the ratings of various players from FIFA 22. He seems to have access to a version of the game and shows in his videos, where he films his TV, how strong the cards in FIFA 22 could be.
However, it is questionable where the TikToker got his supposed access to FIFA 22 and whether the values are actually credible. Therefore, consider these ratings with caution and remember that they might look completely different in the finished game.
These ratings are shown in the leak for FIFA 22
Before a new FIFA title is released, many fans wonder: Which player will have the highest rating? According to TikToker MazFUT, three players share the first place this FIFA year. These are: Cristiano Ronaldo (93), the recently transferred Lionel Messi (93) and Robert Lewandowski (93).

How credible are the leaks? Whether there is actually something to the leaked values cannot be said with certainty. At first glance, they seem quite realistic and could very well be similar in the finished game. For example, Lionel Messi is still playing at a top level and was able to score an incredible 38 goals in 47 games last season. A rating of 93 would therefore still be justified.
A similar situation applies to Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker broke the eternal record of Gerd Müller in the last Bundesliga season and scored a remarkable 41 goals. An upgrade of 2 points in the overall rating could therefore be possible. The same applies to Mbappé and De Bruyne, who have also shown strong performances.
However, some notably strong players are missing from the list. Where are Harry Kane and Bruno Fernandes, for example? Both players had an outstanding season in the Premier League and could well receive ratings in the 90s range. But they are completely absent from the leaks.
Moreover, the displayed values could come from an unfinished version of FIFA and just be placeholders for the real ratings. We remain skeptical and look forward to the official ratings from EA.
