Update, July 15, 7:00 PM: The FUTTIES event in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team has now started. It brings weekly votes where upcoming special cards can be voted on. The first vote has won Diaz, who received a strong card with a Weak-Foot upgrade.
New FUTTIES cards received:
- CM: Mount (94) – Task Player
- LM: Diaz (95)
- RWB: James (94)
- CM: De Paul (95)
- RB: Mbabu (93) – Task Player
Premium FUTTIES change chemistry: In this event, EA brings very special cards into play. These are Premium FUTTIES. These cards have a special chemistry that works just like Hero cards. Premium FUTTIES have green links with all players of the same league.
What changes with Weekend League rewards: With the FUTTIES event, EA Sports has adjusted the Weekend League Rewards. Now, in the reward packs and player selections, TOTS and Shapeshifters cards can be found.

When do the FUTTIES start? The new FUTTIES event starts today, on July 15, 2022, at 7:00 PM in FUT 22.
What kind of event is this? The FUTTIES are not taking place for the first time, and a look at the past years suggests how the FUTTIES event could play out this time. In previous years, FUT players could vote on which players would receive hefty upgrades.
This year, this aspect seems to be back on board, as a player vote between Havertz, Wan-Bissaka, and Diaz has already appeared, where the two winning cards will receive a Weak-Foot upgrade alongside improved stats. The cards should then be available through the SBC (Squad Building Challenge).
Additionally, in the packs, there should also this time be a colorful mix of previous special cards from FUT 22. A “Best of FUT 22,” so to speak.
FIFA 22 FUTTIES – First Leaks
These leaks exist: As has become customary, the well-known FIFA leaker Fut Sheriff (via Twitter) has once again released leaks. However, the source of this information remains unknown.
It seems that there will supposedly be the “Dynamic Duos” tasks again. According to FUT Sheriff with the following players:
- CAM: Mount (Chelsea FC)
- RWB: Reece James (Chelsea FC)
- ST: Nketiah (Arsenal FC)
- CAM: Smith Rowe (Arsenal FC)
