In FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, there will be significant changes to the Weekend League rewards. We explain the new features and when the rewards will be available in the future.
In recent years, players could only collect their weekly FUT rewards (for Division Rivals and the FUT Champions Weekend League) on Thursday. Distributions of the rewards before this weekly deadline were not possible.
This meant that Weekend League players, for example, had to wait a full 4 days after completing their 30 games on Sunday before they could finally open the highly anticipated rewards.
What changes in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team? In FUT 22, this is set to change, and the fixed reward day for FUT Champions will be abolished. FUT 22 players should receive their rewards immediately after completing their last game of the Weekend League. The annoying wait until Thursday should finally be a thing of the past.
This means that in FUT 22, after 20 exhausting Weekend League matches, one can either look forward to top cards or be frustrated with far too weak rewards.

What do the rewards look like in FIFA 22? What we still don’t know anything about are the contents of the rewards themselves. The frustrating aspect of the previous Thursday rewards was that they mainly consisted of red Inform cards – cards from the Team of the Week, which was presented every Wednesday. Players therefore did not know what rewards they were actually playing for during the ongoing Weekend League.
