The transfer market in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team currently offers unusually low prices. This allows for quite strong Bundesliga teams for relatively few coins – an overview.
This is what is happening in the transfer market: While many cards in Ultimate Team started at high prices upon the release of FIFA 21 and sometimes went up, a strong market crash in mid-October caused a sudden drop in prices.
This free fall that some cards are in since then is still not over. Just look at Erling Haaland, for example: He cost 120,000 coins on October 13, and is now down to a tenth of that. He now costs only 12,000 coins.
Super-striker Robert Lewandowski also fell from over 200,000 coins to around 70,000. That is still a lot – but less than half as much as before.
There are quite a few such examples. Therefore, it may be worth putting together a powerful team right now. We have looked at Bundesliga teams for various budgets.

The Bundesliga team for a small budget
What kind of team is this? In this team, you will find only players whose cards each cost less than 10,000 coins – often significantly less.
But this team still offers some great players. With Coman, you have a very strong pace dribbler, Zakaria has fallen from over 30,000 coins to just 1,700 in recent weeks. Klostermann and Hernandez are a solid center-back duo. Laimer, Hwang, and Kramaric are all extremely cheap, but still deliver good performances.
The Mukiele card at right back is also very strong. His Rulebreakers variant can be obtained in objectives completely without coins. As the strongest right back card in the Bundesliga, this free option fits into every team in this post, as there is currently no better alternative. However, you need to be quick to get Mukiele.

Bundesliga team for a medium budget
What kind of team is this? This team also consists of players above the 10,000 coin mark, but care was taken not to let the total price explode above 100,000 coins. For this team in its current form, you need to spend around 70,000 coins.
Some players like Gnabry, Hernandez, and Klostermann remain, as they are not much weaker compared to the next more expensive alternatives. And the goal is to keep within a budget framework. Of course, Mukiele is in this team again.
With Haaland, you get a very accurate striker in your team, and with Leon Goretzka, a versatile midfielder. The most expensive card in this team is Douglas Costa, with a price tag of nearly 20,000 coins.
But this rapid offensive player is worth it, thanks to 5-star skills and strong values in pace and dribbling. Brandt joins the team to provide another affordable offensive option. Sommer provides a small upgrade over Gulacsi in overall rating, but Gulacsi can also remain in this team to save coins.
Bundesliga team for a large budget
What kind of team is this? This team also contains cards that are quite expensive, but also deliver the corresponding performance. One of them is Robert Lewandowski, whom you can use as a striking partner for Haaland. At 70,000 coins, he is expensive, but he knows where the goal is.
Leroy Sané on the wing is extremely fast, Sancho comes with 5-star skill moves. Davies at left back is the solution against fast wingers, Alaba is the upgrade over Hernandez. Klostermann can even still play in this team – that keeps the price down. With Reus and Kimmich, you have a good combination of offensive and defensive strength. And Neuer is currently the best keeper in the Bundesliga in FIFA 21.
Overall, this team will cost you a hefty 270,000 coins. Just a few weeks ago, the price for this would have been much, much higher. And: Compared to that, it is even still affordable. Because in the next team, you will find cards that alone already cost that much.
Bonus: The most expensive Bundesliga team for the wealthy
What kind of team is this? If you can afford this team, you are probably a master of the transfer market, always getting the best Weekend League rewards or had incredible luck with packs. After all, the most expensive Bundesliga team full of special cards costs over 2 million coins. The team is not recommended, it is not exactly budget-friendly. But it is interesting to see what the currently most expensive Bundesliga team looks like.
It includes Inform versions of Lewandowski and Haaland, as well as Rulebreaker and OTW versions in the offensive. In defense, the center-back pair of Delaney and TOTW-Upamecano is replaced – the latter currently costs a sleek 265,000 coins. The most expensive card here is by the way Rulebreaker-Costa with 450,000 coins.
Whether this team is really worth that many coins compared to others is questionable.
