After Title Update 3 recently announced significant changes, the next update is already on its way. However, the next title Update 3.1 only includes a few corrections and fixes minor bugs in FIFA 21.
When is Title Update 3.1 coming? The new patch is already available for PC (via Origin or Steam). A release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is still pending.
Curiously, the extensive Title Update 3 has not yet been released on consoles. Whether both updates will be bundled together remains to be seen.
The patch notes for Title Update 3.1
What changes does the new update bring? According to the official patch notes (via EA Sports), the update fixes minor bugs related to the FUT transfer market and connection issues for VOLTA matches.

- After using the price comparison feature in the FUT transfer market, bids could not be adjusted anymore.
VOLTA:
- After searching for a VOLTA squads match, players sometimes received the error message “Unable To Setup Match.”
- Occasionally, players received the error message “Failed To Join Match” when trying to join a VOLTA lobby.
This time, title update 3.1 does not bring gameplay changes or any additional innovations.
How big is the update? On PC, title update 3.1 has a size of 1.09 GB. The size of the patch on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One is not yet known.
