Sami Khedira has a strong Flashback card in FIFA 21. It looks expensive at first glance, but the stats of the card make the SBC worthwhile.
This is the Khedira card: Normally, Sami Khedira is not a particularly popular card in Ultimate Team. The midfielder has only a pace value of 45 on his Gold card, which significantly slows him down. Accordingly, the normal card is only priced at 750 coins on the transfer market.
However, the new Flashback card is quite different. An upgrade of 30 (!) points in speed and further strong improvements in the other values suddenly make Khedira one of the most useful midfielders in the entire game.
You can see this when looking at the overview of all players in the central midfield position. When ordered by total in-game stats, Khedira ranks alongside players like the Inform card of Bruno Fernandes (89) or icons like Gerrard, Seedorf, or Vieira.
Of course, the legends have the advantage of their extensive link possibilities, but Khedira is also versatile. As a German player in Serie A, he fits into all players of the Italian league – which should please everyone who felt neglected by special cards here.
But Khedira also fits very well into Bundesliga teams or Premier League squads that utilize players like Havertz or Werner. In short: The SBC provides a really strong, versatile midfielder.
FIFA 21: What does the Khedira solution cost?
What does the SBC cost? At futbin, the solution for the Khedira SBC is currently priced at about 150,000 coins if you need to buy all cards new. At first glance, this seems like a lot – but the Khedira card is significantly cheaper with its strong values compared to other cards in that performance range.
Therefore, one can proceed with good conscience. However, keep in mind that the card is not tradeable and is not suitable for trading. It must fit into your team.
Possible Khedira solutions: For the SBC, you need to complete two partial SBCs:
- First, you need an 83-rated team with a Real Madrid player, one from Juventus (Piemonte Calcio), and a TOTW player. The chemistry is at 75.
- Secondly, you need an 86-rated team with a German player and a chemistry of 70. This is the more expensive SBC.
In the community, there are already some solutions to the SBC. Here you will find two suggestions that work. You will find the formations here as well as a list of players. In parentheses, you will see the position they usually occupy – they do not necessarily have to be in that position for the SBC. Example: Bürki is actually a goalkeeper but is used as RB in the SBC.
SBC solution “Past and Present”

- GK: Dubravka (GK)
- LB: Reguilon (LB)
- CB: Schmeichel (GK)
- CB: Patricio (GK)
- RB: Ricardo Esgaio (RB & TOTW card)
- CM: Lo Celso (CM)
- CM: Ruben Neves (CM)
- CM: Moutinho (CM)
- LW: Bergwijn (LM)
- ST: Morata (ST)
- RW: Pepe (RM)
SBC solution “The Team”

- CB: Skriniar (CB)
- CB: De Vrij (CB)
