In FIFA 20, the new Title Update 19 brings a long-awaited feature to Ultimate Team, providing more order in the chaos of special cards. The special card filter is finally here.
When will the update be released? The new patch has already been released for PC today, June 30, 2020. A release for Playstation 4 and Xbox One is expected in the coming days.

What’s new: With the new Title Update, a function is introduced in Ultimate Team mode that FIFA fans have been waiting for years:
A filter for the numerous special cards in Ultimate Team. This is now indeed a reality and will soon be made available to all players by EA.
What can the new filter do? In the patch notes for the new Title Update 19, it is described that with the new “Special Quality Filter” the following is possible:
- Searching for the exact card type (TOTY, TOTS, TOTW, FUT Birthday, etc.)
- The filter can be used in the transfer market as well as within your own club
What was the problem: Finding certain special cards on the transfer market has often been quite a challenge in previous FUT editions. Without a filter, you could only search by player name and select that you are looking for a special card. There was no filter for the various special cards.
What else does the patch bring? Otherwise, there isn’t much in the new Title Update. A small display bug in price comparison on the FUT transfer market has been fixed.
The FIFA fans can hardly believe it
This is what the community says: There is great astonishment on reddit (via reddit) about the release of this long-awaited feature. Especially because it has appeared in FIFA 20 and not in FIFA 21.

But there is definitely joy here, as the new filter should make FUT life much more enjoyable. We are curious to see what features and innovations await us in FIFA 21.
