In FIFA 20, the new Team of the Week is coming this evening. However, some players apparently already had some of the new cards in packs last night.
When does the TOTW come out? Normally, the Team of the Week is presented on Wednesday afternoon at 4 PM. It is then revealed in the game at 7 PM. However, something seems to have gone wrong this Wednesday.
Players find cards too early: Apparently, the new TOTW 24 has already landed in packs during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. Players report having drawn some of the cards that were also mentioned in the predictions.
Which players were involved?
These players were drawn: Some players have already shared their finds on Reddit and Twitter. Twitter user “Ben” apparently had the luck of securing new Lewandowski TOTW cards:
This would mean that Lewandowski’s Headliners card could also be improved by one point. Reddit user Coltray94 snagged a new TOTW card for Bruno Fernandes early:

In the meantime, it seems that the early TOTW has been removed from the packs again. On Reddit, players show current normal cards of the TOTW players, which means that the special cards should no longer be found in packs. Which cards will still be in the team will be revealed this afternoon, when the TOTW is officially presented.
The TOTW quick shot is thus part of a series of curious errors that EA has already made this FIFA season. In FIFA 19, there were also repeated unusual blunders that fans ultimately compiled into a comprehensive list.
