In FIFA 20, there is a trick to quickly earn the loyalty bonus in Ultimate Team without risking defeats. We will show you how.
The loyalty glitch has been in FIFA for several years and can still be applied. The process has hardly changed.
What is loyalty in FUT? Many FUT beginners surely wonder at the beginning of their FUT career why some players have a maximum chemistry of 9 while others receive the full 10.
This is due to loyalty. If a player is “loyal”, they receive one extra chemistry point, reaching the full 10 chemistry points, which can make them play a little bit better.
How do you get loyalty? There are two ways to gain loyalty for a FUT card:
- If the card was drawn from a pack, it is automatically “loyal”
- If you played 10 matches with the card, you have earned the loyalty
What do you need loyalty for? In some Squad Building Challenges, “loyal” players are a requirement; in others, you have to rely on the loyalty bonus to reach the required team chemistry.
This is how the loyalty trick works
What does the glitch bring? The trick saves you a lot of time. If you have several players who lack loyalty, it can be quite time-intensive to complete the 10 matches to receive the bonus. This can easily take a few hours.
The glitch helps with this. Applying it takes only a fraction of the 10 matches. And the best part: It does not ruin your player statistics or coin multiplier. So there is no risk of getting 10 defeats or earning fewer coins after FUT matches due to an increased disconnect rate.
This is what you need to do:
- You choose a team from the Squad Battles that you can challenge more than once
- Start the match and play for at least 10 seconds
- Pause the game and press the PlayStation button or the Home button on Xbox. On PlayStation, go to “Settings” and navigate to “Network”. Disable “Connect to the Internet” and re-enable it. On Xbox, it’s a bit simpler, just test the NAT type.
- Return to the game. There you will see that you have lost connection to the EA servers. When the connection is restored, you will find that the players have one more match counted. However, the loss due to the disconnect was not counted.
Repeat this until your players have the loyalty bonus after 10 matches. This trick takes a total of 20-30 minutes, but is significantly faster than playing all 10 matches in full.
However, keep in mind: Contracts are consumed. You must supply the players with contracts, as they only come with 7 by default.
