- Look for talents with a starting rating of under 80. Preferably even young players with ratings in the 60s, who bring high potential and can be trained to diamonds.
- Look for cheap talents who are not already in top clubs. Because many big clubs are reluctant to let their young players with high potential go and expect high transfer fees for them.
Keep in mind that the indicated potential of the talents is not automatically reached. You must train the players and give them playing time. If you do this well, with the help of the dynamic potential, you can get even more out of them.
