In FIFA 19, Title Update 1.13 is now available for PC. EA addresses a major SBC bug and introduces new faces.
The update is live: The update is available on PC first as usual. It has been live since April 17. A release for the consoles PS4 and Xbox One is expected in the coming days.

EA fixes SBC bug
Here was the problem: In the Squad Building Challenges, it was possible to use the same player multiple times through the transfer market. This allowed savvy FUT players to save a lot of coins.
However, EA recognized the error and is fixing this issue with the current update.
