Patch Notes for Update 1.12 in English
The majority of adjustments in Update 1.12 focus on career mode.
Changes to career mode:
- Clubs no longer make transfer or loan offers to a player if there is no chance that the player would accept a transfer to that club. This is meant to prevent you from receiving numerous offers from clubs to which the player would not accept a transfer.
- The transfer and loan system is updated so that more player and club nationalities are considered in the decision-making process (i.e., accepting or declining offers).
- Additionally, the update of the transfer and loan system ensures that the comparison of the current player role in the old club and the potential player role in the new club is taken into account.
This problem in the career mode is addressed:
- Players offered for loan did not consider that it was a loan in their decision-making. In contrast, players offered for transfer considered that it was a transfer.
What do these career changes bring? Players are now supposed to be a bit smarter regarding transfers and loans. Moreover, clubs like Holstein Kiel will no longer send inquiries to a Cristiano Ronaldo, which should make the career mode a bit more realistic.
Changes in FUT 19:
- If a training object was used before a match that increased a value above 99, a value above 99 was displayed on the object after a goal success. However, it was purely a graphical issue and had no impact on gameplay. It has now been fixed anyway.
Changes in presentation:
- The 2D portraits of Alphonso Davies, Samir Nasri, and John Obi Mikel have been updated.

General bug fixes:
- On the “Edit Teams” screen, debug text was displayed in the league filter for detailed club transfer searches in some leagues.
Changes in kickoff:
- After changing the difficulty of a match, the error message “Kickoff data not available” was sometimes displayed. This has also been fixed.
