The participants for the quarter-finals of the Champions League are set. This means that the new Road-to-the-Final cards in Ultimate Team will receive upgrades.

These are RTTF cards: The RTTF cards (Road to the Final) are dynamic cards that can receive fresh upgrades after each round of the Champions League. The precondition is that the respective player’s team qualifies for the next round.
The further a player progresses in the Champions League, the better their card becomes.

Sergio Aguero began the event with a strong Champions League live card with an overall rating of 90. Since then, his team has qualified for the knockout phase and won the first knockout match. As a result, his card received two upgrades.
Now Manchester City has qualified for the quarter-finals, and the next upgrade is upcoming. One can look forward to a 93-rated card.
However, with the upgrade, not only do the card values increase. The price also skyrockets; his 92-rated RTTF card currently costs about 1,800,000 coins.

Then come the upgrades: EA will likely release the card upgrades on 15.03 from 19:00. The player cards will be updated automatically.
This is how you get the cards: The live cards of the Champions League are only available on the transfer market. Here the prices, especially after wins, are enormous.
However, you can also score some bargains. Shortly after elimination from the Champions League, the prices of the RTTF cards drop significantly.
