This is how EA responded: EA Community Manager Corey Andress addressed the players’ criticism. On Twitter, Andress stated that they are working on the problem with the finesse shot. “Very soon” players can expect a patch for this shot.
In addition, this patch is also supposed to fix some bugs in the career mode. Soon, it should no longer happen that matches in this mode are scheduled for the same day.
How will the shot be adjusted? Andress left open how they will adjust the finesse shot. It will definitely be a difficult undertaking, considering that adjusting the finesse shot could disrupt the entire meta.
How does the timed finesse shot work? The timed finesse shot is not easy to handle. On your PS4 controller, you must press R1 + Circle twice, and on the Xbox controller, RB + B + B. You also need to time it perfectly.

When can we expect the patch? The patch that is supposed to fix the shot has already been released for PC. The patch will go online for consoles later this month.
