In FIFA 18 Ultimate Team, the winter upgrades for the German Bundesliga (1st division) are known. These players receive new cards with the Ratings Refresh.
After the last few days have also seen the cards for the Premier League, Serie A, and Ligue 1 being updated, today, on 01.03.2018, it is the turn of the German first league.
The Ratings Refresh is now coming for the Bundesliga, and there are some card upgrades. As with the other leagues this year, there are no downgrades.
On Saturday, 03.03.2018, the La Liga Ratings Refresh is expected to follow, two days later the “Rest of the World”.

How to get the cards of the Ratings Refresh in Ultimate Team
As soon as the winter upgrade cards are released, they can be pulled from packs. The only requirement is that the pack must contain players. The “old” cards of the respective players will no longer be found in packs from this moment on.
If you already own a card of a player who is being upgraded, that card will remain unchanged. It will not be automatically updated. If you want the player’s card with improved attributes, you must pull it from a pack. It is also possible to purchase the winter upgrade cards from other players on the transfer market.
Attention: The cards are particularly rare and therefore overpriced shortly after release. If you want to buy an upgraded card for your team, it is advisable to wait at least a few days before making the purchase.
