Training talents takes a lot of time. If you focus on young talents, you will not have an elite team immediately, but a team with great potential. Only after a few seasons will these young players show what they are truly capable of.
If you wish, you can then sell them for a multiple of the purchase price.
If you are looking for more talents, you can send out scouts in the game to look for young players. They will send you reports with interesting talents. Good – and expensive – scouts can assess potential better than cheap scouts. Set specific criteria like age and snap up strong talents at a bargain price.
You can find top talents in all countries. These countries should be particularly suitable for the specific positions:
- Goalkeeper: Germany, Netherlands, Spain, or Italy
