Yesterday, on January 2, FIFPro tweeted a link congratulating Shazad Ali Shah, a 20-year-old student from Birmingham who won the TOTY prediction competition. He was the only fan to correctly predict all 11 players – with over 50,000 fans participating in the competition. As a reward, he gets to fly to Zurich for the show next week.
However: Shazad Shah tweeted on December 1 his team that he submitted in the competition:

This tweet was subsequently deleted, and the fan stated that he did not post the TOTY on Twitter at that time.
