What is the TOTW anyway?
Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in the “Ultimate Team” mode of their annual football simulation. This is also true for FIFA 17. Players who have performed outstandingly in real football over the past week are rewarded with special cards that have improved attributes.
You can pull the TOTW cards from packs that may contain Rare (Gold) players within a week. However, the chance of this happening is quite low. Additionally, you can buy them on the transfer market when offered by other players. However, the prices are usually extremely high.
