According to EA Sports, the highest Japanese football league will be featured in FIFA 17.
Throughout this summer, EA Sports will gradually release information about this year’s football simulation. Many fans are looking forward to the 3rd League in FIFA 17, but the developers are still remaining tight-lipped about it.
Instead, it was officially announced today that the Japanese football league, the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League, will be included.
The Japanese “J1 League” in FIFA 17
At the launch of FIFA 17, fans will have access to players from the Japanese League in “Ultimate Team” and other modes. This popular Asian league will be playable in full along with the “J.League Cup Tournament”.
The following 18 clubs are represented in FIFA 17 with authentic logos, kits, and rosters:

- Kashima Antlers
- Urawa Red Diamonds
- Omiya Ardija
- Kashiwa Reysol
- FC Tokyo
- Kawasaki Frontale
- Yokohama F. Marinos
- Shonan Bellmare
- Ventforet Kofu
- Albirex Niigata
- Júbilo Iwata
- Nagoya Grampus
- Gamba Osaka
- Vissel Kobe
- Sanfrecce Hiroshima
- Avispa Fukuoka
- Sagan Tosu
Additionally, the Suita City Football Stadium, the new home ground of Gamba Osaka, is among the new playable stadiums in FIFA 17.
FIFA 17 will be released on September 29 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
