With Patch 5.35 of Final Fantasy XIV, the southern front of Bozja is available and it brought new armors with it into the game.
Now that you can explore the Bozjan Southern Front in Final Fantasy XIV, you can also acquire the brand new armor sets and perhaps even farm its upgraded version.
To obtain this armor, you first need to reach rank 10 at the southern front of Bozja and unlock the dungeon Castrum Lacus Litore in the Bozja quest.
Once you have unlocked the Castrum, you can start farming exclusive Bozja coins needed to get the armor.
Starting November 10, players who have completed the current quest line of Bozja will also receive coins from skirmishes and critical engagements.
You can exchange a total of 98 coins at the Resistance supplier in the Bozja instance at Utya’s Aegis (X: 15.3 Y: 29.9) to receive a complete gear set with item level 495.
This version of the armor is already dyeable, so you do not need to upgrade it if you only want to use it for projections.
Obtaining the first level of armor costs:
- 28 coins each for the chest and leg armor
- 14 coins each for the other parts.
Upgrading the chest and leg pieces costs 999 coins and 500 coins for the other parts.
This upgrade does not increase the normal stats of the armor. However, it adds a special effect that is only active in the area of the Bozjan Southern Front.
