What kind of event is this? Road to the Final (RTTF) is the continuation of Road to the Knockouts (RTTK) in FC 25. It is an event that brings dynamic cards to Ultimate Team, which can collect further upgrades in the coming weeks and months.
The Road to the Final accompanies the biggest European competitions, which have now reached the knockout phase after the league phase.

How exactly do the players collect upgrades? The upgrades for RTTF depend primarily on progressing in the competitions. On the way to the title, the cards can collect up to 5 improvements, which can be achieved as follows:
- Win or draw in the round of 16: +1 overall rating (+1 GES)*
- Round of 16 matches take place from March 4 to 13, 2025
- Advancing to the quarter-finals: +1 GES & 1 player role++
- after progressing in the round of 16 matches
- Advancing to the semi-finals: +1 GES & 1★ upgrade for weak foot or special move**
- after progressing in quarter-final matches from April 8 to 17, 2025
- Advancing to the final: +1 PlayStyle+ (+2 PlayStyle+, if the pro previously only had one)
- after progressing in semi-final matches from April 29 to May 8, 2025
- Winning the final: +1 GES or 96 GES & 5★ upgrade for weak foot or special move
- after winning the final on May 21 (UEL), May 24 (UWCL), May 28 (UECL), or May 31, 2025 (UCL)
* The cards from UEFA Women’s Champions League get their first upgrade with a win or draw in the 1st quarter-final match (March 18 to 19, 2025). ** Another upgrade for the cards from UEFA Women’s Champions League occurs after a win or draw in the 1st semi-final match (April 19, 2025).
How do you get RTTF players? Throughout FC 25, you can obtain RTTF cards in Ultimate Team through various ways.
