In the new trailer for the career mode in FC 25, EA announced that additional settings will allow every player to shape their career even more individually. This includes various settings for game simulations, transfers, scouting, and training.

Why are fans celebrating this feature? In the career modes of past games, the board’s expectations could lead to quirky coach dismissals at the end of the season.

What AstonMartin123123 describes here is the fact that you could get fired despite a successful season if you couldn’t meet the club’s expectations. For example, if you failed to develop youth players from certain regions.
In such cases, the board sometimes reacted too harshly and dismissed you despite winning the championship and cup. You can now avoid this problem by deactivating the so-called board expectations.
