With a petition, fans want to extend the beta of Blackout in Call of Duty Black Ops 4. Reason: It’s so much fun!
The beta phase of Blackout in Black Ops 4 is actually supposed to end today, September 17 at 7:00 PM on all platforms. But as it is with test phases, players are reluctant to part ways.
A large petition has now started on Reddit: Players are demanding an extension of the beta.
Bugs and love are main reasons for the extension wish
For a few days now, players on PS4, Xbox One, and PC have been able to play the beta of the battle royale mode from Black Ops 4.
Request starts on Reddit: On Reddit, a thread has appeared that has since gathered over 4600 upvotes and stands at the top of the Blackops4 subreddit. The text explains that the Blackout beta should be extended for several reasons;
- Everyone is currently having a lot of fun playing Blackout – That is the main reason
- Users affected by Hurricane Florence in the USA have not been able to play properly in the last days
- The new armor settings should be tested for a longer period
- Moreover, there are still some bugs and optimization issues
Waiting for a response: Supporters of a beta extension are now waiting for a response from the developers at Treyarch.
Armor is a strong feature on which Blackout stands or falls
Frequent criticism regarding armor: In the beta, the armor has been frequently criticized. That’s why the developers have also made changes so that the armor gets destroyed faster.
However, users want the beta to be extended so that the developers can work more on the armor. One user writes: “The armor is terrifying. It shouldn’t take 8 shots from a shotgun to kill someone. That’s ridiculous.”
